Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange. We also accept exchanges for damaged products, allowing you to exchange the damaged item for a new one.

Please note: A parcel being returned to us by the courier due to non-delivery, incorrect address formatting, or delivery refusal will require the parcel to be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued. This applies even if the customer did not personally initiate the return.

We supply and deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally and cannot accept orders for delivery outside the UK. Orders placed with a non-UK delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.
